Salman Khan treated the team of his upcoming biggie Jai Ho to a special screening of Sholay 3D at a suburban theatre in Mumbai on Wednesday. Quite in the mood to underline the ' common man' formula that Jai Ho has been hard selling, Salman actually stood in the queue at the box- office window to buy a ticket for himself. " We have come to watch Sholay because we want to get the whole idea of watching films in theatres ( as the custom was) back then. Sholay is an epic film and I have come to represent my father for the amazing work he has done. I hope Jai Ho is like a patch of this film and that we have learnt well from my father," said Salman, recalling the fact that his father Salim Khan had co- written Sholay with Javed Akhtar. The actor opted for his casual best and pulled on a jacket to avoid the winter winds. Salman's Jai Ho co- star Daisy Shah opted for a standout pink blazer over denims.
