It is a medical marvel Jack Martindale made it to this interview. The 25-year-old has, like many others, just completed a bachelors degree and started the process of working out what to do next. But less than five years ago, in the early hours of New Year’s Day 2010, he was in a coma, his skull shattered into 30 pieces after he and his friends were hit by a car that had careered off the road.
